Model Viewer — Playground

Drag to orbit the model (scroll / pinch to zoom). This runs the real Google <model-viewer> web component — the exact runtime the shortcode uses — on a bundled sample model. Toggle auto-rotate, pick a starting angle and field of view, and tune the lighting (environment, tone mapping, exposure, ground shadows). Every option maps 1:1 to a <model-viewer> attribute, so the Sample option below is what you'd set in the builder.

Where it lives

Model Viewer is a page-builder element (builder palette → Media Elements) — paste a .glb / .gltf URL (or pick from Media). On a real device it also offers AR (view the model in your space). The web component is vendored and loads only on pages that use it; it honours reduce motion (no auto-spin) and shows a poster while the model streams in.
